Hosting Service - Server Hosting Rules.
Design Service - We offer a guarantee with our Website design service, Our guarantee is simple, we will design a site that you are happy with or you don't pay. If you decide that the web pages weRweb designs for you are not what you want, we will rework the pages until you are happy. If you, or weRweb, decide that the differences are insurmountable, there will be no obligation on your, or our part, to continue. The use of any part of the web pages, registration, hosting etc. that you do not pay for is strictly prohibited. This includes graphics, scripts [unless in the public domain] or anything else that may be protected by © copyright laws.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason
- Payments are due upon receipt, we reserve the right to remove your web pages for nonpayment of invoices over 60 (sixty) days past due
- Domain Registration Fee of $20.00 is non refundable and not included in the guarantee
- You are responsible for all amounts past due for your service, calculated to the day.
Once your website is online and you have been billed, any updates, modifications or changes of any kind will be billed at the regular rate of $50 per hour with a 1/2 hour minimum.. This means that you have approved the website design and function by checking all forms, links, images, menu's, text, etc. and everything is working to your satisfaction. All clients have FTP access to their web pages, therefore anything that is not functioning after approval will be billed at the regular rate.
Having a website designed or hosted by Wayne Rudy Ent. constitutes agreement to these terms
