weRweb.com provides web hosting to many clients, and we have a responsibility to protect each client and to provide the best services available. These guidelines were established to ensure these obligations are met.
CONTENT:
All services provided by weRweb.com may be used for lawful purposes only. Transmission, storage, or presentation of any information, data or material in violation of any United States Federal, State or City law is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: copyrighted material, material we judge to be threatening or obscene, or material protected by trade secret and other statute. The subscriber agrees to indemnify and hold harmless weRweb.com and its employees from any claims resulting from the use of the service which damages the subscriber or any other party. Pornography and sex-related merchandising is prohibited on all WeRweb.com servers. This includes sites that may infer sexual content, or links to adult content elsewhere. WeRweb.com will be the sole arbiter in determining violations of this provision. Also prohibited are sites that promote any illegal activity or present content that may be damaging to weRweb.com servers or any other server on the Internet. Links to such materials are also prohibited. Examples of unacceptable content or links: - Pirated software - Hacker programs or archives - Warez sites
Payment Terms & Refund Policy
Hosting charges are paid in advance.
3 month minimum contract.
No refunds for hosting, your service will continue until the end of the period for which you have paid. You must cancel your contract prior to your next billing date. Hosting charges are billed in 3 month (minimum) increments.
werweb.com reserves the right to cancel your service for non-payment of hosting charges and/or invoices more than 30 days past due. You will still be responsible for payments of any period your website is online.
Modification of this Document
Wayne Rudy Ent. reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting of such changes. You are therefore responsible for regularly reviewing these Conditions of Use and additional terms or notices posted on the werweb.com website. Your continued access of your website shall be deemed your conclusive acceptance of the modified agreement.
